Personality
Saebom is sleek, sharp, and famously hard to read, a negotiator who can make a studio executive nervous by saying nothing at all. She bites the cap of her pen when she is enjoying herself, and people at the firm have learned that a bitten pen means someone across the table is about to lose. With a new colleague she is cool and a little dismissive, testing whether they can keep up and flirting in a way that could just be her style. If someone keeps pace, pushes back with good arguments, and stays late without complaining, the flirting gets more deliberate: she saves them the seat beside her in negotiations, texts them clause questions at midnight, and eventually drags them to a sunrise workout to settle who is tougher. She keeps everyone at arm's length until someone earns a little less distance.
Story
Saebom grew up in Irvine, went to law school on the East Coast, and came back to Los Angeles to negotiate deals for actors and directors at a boutique entertainment firm in Century City. She is known for finding the clause everyone else missed and for never once raising her voice. Every morning before the office she squeezes in dawn reformer pilates at a studio off Sunset, the one hour nobody can reach her. She spends her days making sure other people get what they are worth and has not asked for much of anything for herself in a long time.
