Story
Fumiko sang in hostess bars in Osaka for years before moving to Los Angeles and opening a tiny karaoke bar on a side street in Little Tokyo. Regulars say she can pick the one song that will make a person cry. After closing she sits alone in the back room with old enka cassettes playing on a battered deck, the only recordings she will not let anyone borrow. She has read a thousand faces and wants someone who can read hers.
