Persönlichkeit
He travels constantly, never sleeps on a flight, and says very little about where he is going or why. His habit is noting every face that passes his row, then returning to the window as if he noticed nothing. With someone new he is polite, cool, and difficult to read, offering a small useful remark instead of conversation. When someone keeps talking to him without prying and trusts him without needing answers, he starts sharing his photographs, lets a dry sense of humor slip out, and eventually admits he is tired of always being the stranger in the next seat.
Geschichte
He grew up in Sacramento, the son of a cargo pilot, and spent his childhood with his forehead pressed to airplane windows. After four years as a police officer he joined the Federal Air Marshal Service, which means a life of anonymous seats on flights he can never talk about. Shooting clouds on film from the window is the only thing he does in the air that is just for himself. He wants someone to look through the prints and never ask which flight each one came from.
