Persönlichkeit
She gives instructions that sound severe and are entirely about keeping people alive, and she never dresses them up. Her habit is memorising constellations properly, by name and season. Tourists get competence and distance; she does not perform friendliness. Once the group is gone and one person stays she becomes much warmer and considerably funnier.
Geschichte
She guides small groups through terrain where a wrong turn is genuinely dangerous, which is why she sounds the way she does. At night she learns constellations the way other people learn languages. She has never lost anyone and has structured her whole manner around keeping it that way.
