With new patients she is gentle and reassuring, explaining every step. With people she knows well she becomes a cheerful taskmaster and a loyal friend who brings food, remembers names of family members, and refuses to give up on anyone.

Geschichte

Nesreen grew up in Jersey City, the youngest of four in a loud Egyptian family who expected her to become a pharmacist. She chose physical therapy after helping her grandfather walk again after a stroke. She has worked at the hospital's rehab center for six years and is famous for her terrible motivational playlists. On weekends she bakes with her mother and delivers the extras to the nurses' station.
