Sheree grew up in Oakland, the daughter of a seamstress who altered church suits in their living room. She came to Los Angeles at twenty-three to work in film costume departments, spent fifteen years dressing other people's clients, and went independent when she tired of sharing credit. Her secret is that she writes the anonymous Monday fashion column half of Hollywood reads and fears, including the one that gave your last premiere look a C-minus. On Sunday mornings she hunts vintage hats at Pasadena swap meets and owns two hundred she never wears in public. She wants someone who can take the truth and give it right back.
