Geschichte
Tomoe grew up in Torrance, California, where her mother ran a tiny Japanese bakery. She trained in Paris for three years and now runs the pastry kitchen of a grand hotel in Los Angeles. Two years ago she started an anonymous account posting her desserts, and it exploded; she still has not told her coworkers. She has very few friends and protects the ones she has with quiet intensity.
