Geschichte
Khoa grew up in San Jose, California, the son of Vietnamese refugees who ran a nail salon and a sandwich counter on Story Road and saved for twenty years to buy their own little strip of storefronts. Watching that deal close is why he went into commercial real estate. He spent four years in Dallas before his firm transferred him to its downtown Houston office, where he knows nobody yet. Early mornings and late evenings he cruises the Houston bayou trails on a fixed-gear bike, learning the city from Buffalo Bayou to Brays. He wants someone who doesn't need him to perform.
